Part D. Explanation of Each Main Machine
1. High-speed Heating & Mixing Machine
High-speed heating & mixing machine is applied
mainly to homogenize mixing, coloring and dry technology
(process) for PVC, PE, PP, etc. Various kinds of resin and
other objects, which is a necessary equipment in plastic &
food work enterprises. It is a new product with
international advanced level high efficiency single, double
speed energy-saving, which was jointly developed by our
plant and Dalian Plastic Institute of Research. Its mixing
chamber and blade are made of stainless steel has
advantages of corrosion resisting, anti-friction, anti-
contamination, stainless, etc. Its driving motor power was
reduced to single-speed 15 KW from single-speed 22 KW.
2. Cooling & Mixing Machine
The machine is assorted equipment of high speed
heating mixing machine. It is applied mainly for cooling of
heat mixture on the PVC molding work production line. So as
to prevent decomposition of heat mixture molecule and off-
color, packing of mixture in process of storage-transport,
thus acquire dry mixture with best property. It has
advantages of storage hot mixture and rejecting residual
gas.
3. Plastic Extruding Amyloplastid Machine
This set is composed of extrude and amylopastid
aux-machine. It is applied mainly to amyloplastid of
thermoplastic plastics such as PVC, PE, cable-material,
etc. Its aux-machine can be assorted to various kinds of
extruder at home and abroad. Its main machine has good
satisfactory property, which can produce uniform grain. The
aux-machine has a blowing wind installation of cutting
grain machine, installation of strong wind-cooling,
installation automatic control electric appliance. Its main
parts are made of stainless steel.
4. Plastic Extruder
Single Screw plastic extruders make use of
international advanced technique made up screw as model of
BM plastic extruding and molding equipment. The plastic
extruders are large and steady extruding capacity, less
pressure fluctuation, less differences between surface
inside cylinder and presently alternation generating up-to-
date products in extruder enterprises. The extruders can
produce materials (such as PVC, PE, PP, PU) as plastic
products (such as pipe, plate, bar, braided silk, film,
blow container, foam, wire and cable coating), when is was
assorted by corresponding machine head and auxiliary
machine. The inside surface is Nitrogen treated. The screw
is made of superior quality steel alloy (38CrMoAlA).
5. Plastic Hard Pipe Extruding Set
This set is applied mainly for extruding drag the
kinds of plastic pipe and bar, which is composed of three
or six bands crawler dragger. This set adopt cycle -water
and jet-cooler, hand and pneumatic clamping. Full automatic
electric orbicular saw and pneumatic planet saw cutting,
computer control. This set can be assorted by the kinds of
extruder at home and abroad.
6. Plastic Cracker ( Crusher )
Plastic Crackers are the new type plastic crushing
equipment, which adopts advanced technique at home and
abroad. The plastic crackers are used widely to crush
recovery works for various kinds of plastic products. The
thirteen kinds of plastic crackers are used crack can be
selected according to customer's requests. Among them,
Model 100, 250, 260, 360A, 360 B, 340 plastic crackers are
used to crack plastics margin, machine head and small
plastic rejects. Model 160, 320 plastic crackers are used
to crack the slender abnormal plastics, which can carry out
continuous feed without cutting, such as the plastic door,
window, frame, pipes, etc. Model 500Q, 500Z, 800 plastic
crackers are used to crack the large blow products, such as
plastic barrel, basin, shell.
